Pitcombe Water Treatment Works

Project:

After flood damage we were awarded the contract to refurbish the works. This involved a new mini chem chlorination system, re-piping and rewiring the works, installing new main pumps, refurbishing the pump hall and full decoration and finally installing flood defence doors. The works were completed within a 6 week shut down

Project:

The contract involved the removal of an old hypochlorite dosing system, and the complete refurbishment of the room lining all the walls with polypropylene sheet then the installation of a Siemens Mini Chem dosing system complete with all new pipework and wiring. Finally the installation of a new static mixer, all installed in a two week shutdown. This is one of Twelve Mini Chem dosing upgrades we have carried out

Ashford Water Treatment Works

Project:

We have worked on this site since it was built some years ago. We have completely upgraded the chlorine and sulphur dioxide dosing systems with Siemens water technologies. We installed the new ventilation and leak detection systems. We also installed two new Braby acid tanks, repiped the tank fill and distribution pipework. In addition we also manufactured a new dosing rig as part of a tank upgrade scheme. Two new Statiflo static mixers were also installed for improved chemical distribution.
