Mantra Court
We were asked by the owner of Mantra Court to look at the heating and ventilation requirements in the existing building and the new extension.
The old heating system was inefficient and would not heat the extension.
We designed and installed a warm air heating system using two Reznor high efficiency warm air heaters complimented with a number of low velocity heat recovery fans.
For general ventilation we installed two Powrmatic roof fans with low level make up air louvers.
We also installed toilet ventilation and compressed air work.
The system works extremely well and the client reported he was very happy with the outcome of the installation.
